Hello I have moved to the area recently and only have mains water October to February during the summer months the town hall Is supposed to deliver water to a tank located at the property, but I am having trouble placing an order for it and am struggling to find a contact that can help with this the water tank is very low and I will run out very soon I’m hoping someone will be able to help me resolve this problem.

That sounds curious to me. Our mains can be dodgy, especially during summer, with occasional water cuts, or more often just very low pressure, but I have not heard of the mains simply not running for 6 months. If the ayuntamiento is supposed to deliver the water to you, then best bet is to go and see them.

For a question like this you may have more success asking a local facebook group: Los Vélez & Lorca area forum. There are probably people on there who are more familiar with your arrangement.

Until your post, I wasn't aware of anyone in Chirivel only having mains water between October and February
