Wood burners

If you ask people from Albox/Arboleas they’ll tell you ‘Olive wood’, but up here I think most people use Almond wood, maybe it goes with the most common wood available. I have tried Olive wood and don’t like it, so I stick almond.

If you know a farmer that has Almond trees, try chatting him up for your firewood, it’ll probably be cheaper.

Try some Eucalyptus logs, a bit dearer than olive wood but burns hotter and leaves less residue
