On purchasing it last year, there was extensive documentation including architect's drawings, maps, purchase contract, (escritura de compraventa), registration document (Registrode La Propiedad).... Is this not sufficient for el ayuntamiento?

We are trying to sell a villa in Chercos however we need an AFO quickly as we have a buyer. We are dealing with the architects in Cantoria but having difficulty with translation as I speak little Spanish, can anyone recommend a local translator please?

I am in exactly the same situation - thought I had an entirely legal house only to be stopped getting a license to renovate with Cantoria town hall.
