Anyone in Cantoria suffering with poor ISP & support from Albox online now amalgamated with 360 telecom?

Service has just gone to rubbish, continually buffering and unable to watch programmes, WHY?

Would welcome comments and/or guidance

We use Telplay of Albox & Puerto Lumbreras. They installed at our Mojacar apartment. They are on www so you can leave a message in English. They get back to you.

We've also had a lot of problems with Albox on Line and the bad wifi reception, with buffering etc - usually at the same time every evening.  We have sent countless e-mails regarding this but they have now apparently done something to rectify the problem.  Can't comment on it as yet because we've been away, but fingers crossed we can now watch programmes all the way through.

Yes, the situation is very similar for us and the chaos continues as they've linked up with 360 telecom who are handling the TV side of things BUT we have NO TV record facility (this is supposed to be back on in the next week or two) but can get catch up. In fact its an improvement of sorts as we now have movies back on. Currently looking at what is available and the best so far is a Kodi box as its free TV etc and the choices are a lot wider, just hope that we can continue to get a decent ping and download speed as we've again had problems with antennae's and their updates which has mucked up and delayed of my workload.

Hi, for my part the TV has improved since the changeover. Although not perfect, I'm told it's more your internet strength than the TV.  My father had Kodi last week, and is having no end of problems, navigation on it is a nightmare. it cost €100 it seems a waste of money and they have changed back to their  Humax.
