Anyone got an recommendations? Would be keen to find a company that can connect fairly quickly without lengthy contracts.

You could try Albox Online - not sure what the coverage is like in Cantoria, but in Almanzora we both work from home with fast internet and have freeview telly.  Price is reasonable and internet speed needs to be good for us for working.  They've been quick to resolve any issues for us - you could give them your location in Cantoria before you arrive to see if they cover where you'll be at, and then arrange an appointment if its positive news, so no delay when you get here :)
