Are we alone in being plagued by mosquitoes at present? In 6 trips to Vera playa we’ve never known them to be so bad though this is our first time here in April usually in October November.We’re staying in Puerto Rey are they inclined to be worse in this area?
Can’t expect anything else after all the rain!
Gonna be a buggy time ahead ....

Council haven't sprayed yet. Might be worth emailing them. The more complaints the more likely to get something done.
In the interim. Mercadona's fly spray in the big blue can kills them.
The orange spray bottle of mosquito repellent stinks but works (mercadona). If you are fortunate nenuco baby cologne smells better but also works for some as does Avon skin so soft. When we are eating outside we use the old fashioned citronella spirals that you burn ( Chino shops) they seem to work.
