So far I am thinking renting for 6 months would be a good idea to aid finding the right property to buy and also sorting out NIE and residencia etc.

I am wondering if there is anybody in a similar situation who would want to share the cost of a rental property and also help each other with property search and to navigate the legal requirements of residency etc.

I am looking to rent from late September / early October for 6 months.

Could be a great adventure to share with 2/3 people !!!!

Would be interested in shared rental but after January 1st only allowed to stay for 90 days. just need place to stay while i do construction on my house in Lubrin.
