Hi

We have a cortijio at 2000 metres above Valor, Granada, Sierra Nevada completely off grid.

No issues with power as we have solar and generator.

Can anyone recommend a company that will at an agreed time once current Corona-19 virus lockdown is lifted would be able to arrange a site visit and supply/install a satellite system?

We can get a phone signal but only at the top of our 1/4 mile drive!

Thank you in advance for any suggestions/recommendations.

It may be worth investigating if you can get a phone/data signal if you erect an aerial adjacent to your property.

The easiest way to check is to borrow or hire a drone, replace its camera with a phone. Fly it about 15-20m up in the air, above your property. Then use another phone to ring the phone up in the drone. If it rings - voilà!.

If not you're gonna be stuck with satellite internet.

If there is direct line of sight from the end of your driveway to your house, you might consider getting a solar powered signal booster. However I haven't read a lot about them and don't know how satisfactory they are.
