Can anyone recommend: Are bars open now

No, but Albox and some surrounding areas can reopen tomorrow with limited occupancy, but not for at least another week in mojacar, Vera, garrucha, turre etc. 

No, all bars and restaurants are shut other than to provide take away food.

Essential businesses only and no non-essential travel in or out of Mojacar

irish rover has been closed even before the official lockdown there are so few customers at the moment it is just not viable for them to trade.  a few are doing take away coffees but the majority are shut,  some are doing re furbs they must feel it's worth investing in the future so hopefully next week we will see an end to this lockdown and have some places to spend the money we have been forced to save.   

the amount of traffic passing along the Marina de la Torre road between Garrucha and Mojacar not sure what essential traffic means?

Does anybody have current accurate "Covid-19" figures in the area:-

1. The Rate of Reproudction number "R"

2. Average daily infection rate

3. Fortnightly infection rate per 100,000 people

4. Covid Hospitalised numbers

5. Covid Intensive Care Unit figures

6. Completed Vaccination figures

short answer to that is NO  but local news on vaccinations is nil and the R rate is stated to be over 1000 per 100,000 but how many and where is not known and there are not that many bodies about the area,  A friend in the village said they had a scare in the local school but that's all she knows.
