Hi,
Don't usually do this but as a total Computer Illiterate just wanted to thank David for setting up our laptop and home station. So much to do and so many faults and all attended to brilliantly. Then to sit down and run through everything with my wife with no time constraint and adapting the systems flawlessly to her needs.
