We will shortly be buying a property near Albox, we are in our mid fifties, we will be spending at least 6 months or more at our property in years 1 and 2 and then more like full time. In the first few years we will need medical insurance, can anyone suggest good companies to use who will not charge us a crazy amount of money for the insurance? I was hoping we could get covered for both of us for around €120 per month, does this sound feasible?

Hi

Brexit has changed the rules. Only 90 days allowed in any 180 day period. You have to be a resident to stay longer. Lots of firms offer health insurance in Spain. Just google it. £120 per month for two people seems very cheap but it all depends on what your medical history is.

Hoping that I've not rained on your parade.

Best Regards

Ken
