Taxes on savings for NLV

Hi all - would I have to pay taxes on my savings which I am required to show for the NLV

Once you become Tax Resident you are required to disclose and pay tax on all worlwide income and on overseas savings of more than 50.000€
HOWEVER, if the money you have is invested in a Spanish Tax Compliant Investment account, no tax is payable whilst it is in that account
