We are looking to retire from the UK to the province of Almera. We are wanting to know what visas we need to complete, is the property purchase tax related to province or are, and what is the tax rate. We have enough money for a perchase and income + savings to cover ourselves over 5 years plus.
Any help will be greatly appreciated

You’ll need a Non Lucrative Visa, suggest you contact your nearest consulate and ask them for an information pack.
IVA (tax) here is 21%.
Financial requirement for NLV for two people is approximately 35.000€ per annum for five years. Please note on the two visa renewals, you renew for two years and must therefore prove access to finance for the entire two year period, so 70.000€ more or less.
