Can only recommend Richard Miller who does our work. He is an absolute perfectionist. He is legal and you can find him on Arboleas Forum or on a post I put previously here. He charged me 90€/day labour but for one day. Whatever you do avoid The Ansalusian Building Company like the plague. Rip off merchant.

obviously it would depend on how much work wants doing.

I won't know for sure until the weekend, and it does depend on what he can do. I need some tiling, rendering and plastering not big jobs possibly  2-3 days work.
