Hi,  if you want to be close to the coast with beautiful beaches and yet have easy access to all of the other main towns ie Vera, Villaricos, Turre and  Mojacar take a look at Los Lobos which isess than 10 minutes from San Juan de Los Terreros. Excellent value for money.  We are selling our property which is listed above.  We have stunning  open views, a garage and plenty of inside space, terraces and roof terrace.  Great neighbours.  It all depends on  your budget.  Houses are selling quickly in the UK so you won't have difficulty selling. Hi Mel, it's listed today on the forum under for sale at 115,000 in Los Lobos which is just 8 minutes from Mar de Pulpi and San Juan with great beaches, bars, restaurants golf course etc.   Lots going on at the beaches at the moment with evening markets and attractions such as Flamenco and music events. Just let me know if you have any queries about anything. The property is being sold through Grupo Platinum in San  Juan and is on the website and can also be found on Right Move under Los Lobos. We have a property in the UK so not looking to part exchange.  Just returning to do some work for a while until retire fully. Good luck with your sale.
