My strong advice is use a specialist solicitor. For both of us, including appointments etc it was a fixed fee of 1400e. Plus translation of documents about 120e. The visa fee of 660e each is on top of that.

We used JLCA Lawyers of Alicante on recommendation, they have a London office and were frankly, brilliant.

Once you get your NLVs the problem of getting the TIEs begin, it took us 7 months to get an appointment because there is a huge backlog. However there is a brilliant Gestor in Mojacar who secured them in the end.

Again. Use a professional, it is a difficult process.

Yes. Everything, including taking us to the processing centre in London.

If you are over retirement age, they will register your S1 documents too.
