Moving to Arboleas

As there’s a plan to start reopening places , I really can’t see how it will be a problem for someone to move home or rent long term , don’t listen to the doubters , get on with it , I hope you won’t regret it , we for 2 will never return to the uk , we just love it so much here , although it’s extremely tough to find work here , suppose we’re lucky as I install kitchens n bathrooms for a living and still have a healthy diary , good luck and I hope u can still go ahead . Spain won't be back to near normal on the date that you mention.  There's a lot in the press which can be rather misleading because the president's of certain regional areas in Spain want to get things going as soon as possible and the government wants to go slowly to avoid the virus taking hold again. In the end the government will  have the last word.  Some areas will be back to normal before others but the end of June will be the soonest you can hope for and then only if if borders are open between the UK, France and Spain to non residents.

Hi what would the difference be

Thank you Derek,  we are renting for 12 months initially with the plan being to buy if we like it. We will be retiring so no need to work. We have a property lined up to rent but just waiting to see when the borders will be open.

Hi again Derick our moved has been planned for over 3 years and today have retired from my job which our accommodation was tied to and we do not own property in Uk all our belongings are in our house that we own in Spain we had arranged appointments to start residencia when we were settled, was  due to catch ferry Sunday but was cancelled we drove our Spanish reg car back to Uk in February ready for the off we are by Sunday homeless or looking for hot
