We are moving to Arboleas in August and would like to know any recommendations for Spanish mobile networks, health insurance and funeral plans. Any prior experience good or bad could be helpful!

Hi,
For funeral plans, recommend Collyfer in Huercal Overa. They do a full service. Do not look at Avalon or Golden Leaves. Call Karen on 617456335.
If you want internet and landline etc. Rednet in Arboleas. Call Georgia on 646422428. HITS mobile is pretty good too. Best place for ALL help is C.A.T.S in La Alfoquia. What they don't know is not worth knowing.
Can't help with health insurance.

Hi health insurance try ASSSA, for a basic price we were upgraded to standard, seems perfect for our needs, both over 60' total cost 160 Euro..

Agree with Collyfer &'Karen but always wise to explore.options. The huge +ve with Collyfer is that you get free travel Insurance up to a.3 montj trip. Also.you can die.ANYWHERE IN THE WORLD.&'you.are.covered for funetals. We have.homes.in Oz.&'India so really valuable.
We.are oldies so on heathcare fron UK c/o EHIC . Guess you must be too young.
Be aware.there are so many crooks out here as we have discovered in 13years. Always get multiple quotes.pref in writing. Happy to advise as after.,13'years we mainly use Spanish thanks to Google.Translate

Just out of interest, why not Avalon? I don’t have experience but believe my mum has sorted her plan through them
