We are thinking of moving to Arboleas area this year. My wife is a SRN nurse working at Bolton Hospital. She has no desire to finish working

yet and was wondering if there would be any job opportunities for English speaking nurses.

You will first to have your qualifications accepted in Madrid needing an official translation ,my partner a qualified nurse in Belgium did this it took 12 months, then worked for Almería angels at very very low wages, best of luck

Not if she holds a diploma in European nursing. Twenty years ago my daughter paid for translation and notarization oh her diploma which was still not accepted until we threatened to go to the European court and during our investigations found that her diploma as it was had to be accepted. She has since worked in the Spanish health service but jobs are not given on qualifications but on a complicated "points" system.
