Yes I made the move in October last year and I am now renting in Mojacar. I decided to take yours and others advice and rent first before buying. This has been good as I still am not sure whether to buy or just carry on renting and what area to be in. With all that's been going on in the world I think it's a wait and see. Still waiting for residency to be approved there was a hic up in my private insurance so I've gone to the back of the queue again. At least I've had my covid jab, the sun's shinning and I have made some terrific friends so what more could I ask for?
