sorry to ask but probably been asked before , could anybody please explain what an Innovaction 14 order means as ive seen it on a couple of properties and would like to know are they something I should steer well clear of many thanks.
Inn14 is the legal procedure that the townhall took to make the final illegal properties in the village and outside areas legal through the Town plans. It was passed by the Junta in Almeria but it is taking the Arboleas townhall a long time to action as there are many problems in different areas. The best people to ask are in the townhall itself as there is a lot of rumours and they know where they are at in each area. Don't purchase a property until you know it's legality is correct.
