Yes definitely Lex-fix
We had a very good experience with Mercedes Flores Miron in Albox. We arranged for her to have POA which meant she could do everything for us while we were in the UK. I’d also highly recommend Dream Homes estate agents in Arboleas. If you need assistance with visas (not sure if you’re N or S Ireland), Upsticks.es are fantastic and if you want to bring your car to put on Spanish plates, Car Registrations Spain are similarly awesome. Best of luck with everything.

Really pleased you had a good experience with Mercedes. Flip side, we didn’t, much to our detriment. She failed to submit ours, and others we know, intent to change for our driving license, costing me anxiety and money taking a Spanish Test.
We lived in our villa for five months before we found out we didn’t own it. She had POA and we were lead to believe she had purchased on our behalf, whilst we were still in the UK. To this day we’ve not had the Deeds!
We all have different experience’s but, just wouldn’t want anyone else to experience what we have in the last two years.
Sorry to hear that, must have been horrible! I’ve noticed some others comment about some issues, so I thought it only fair to give notice of a positive experience as that’s what we had. Hope you’re all sorted now! 🙂

Hi there, what a horror story, this is what I'm scared of. I'm coming over in the new year and renting for a while until i find a property i like to buy, I won't hand over one cent until I have the deeds to a property . Fingers crossed everything works out for me, I'm from the Republic of Ireland BTW.
