Hi,

A question that is asked over & over. Basically unless one is able to collect/ be collected then it's a hire car. We shall be collecting the son and as by then it will be the new Murcia airport no idea of bus connections-if any. Rob, who posts on here, is excellent re hire cars.

The other thought is to post on here & Facebook & www.arboleas.co.uk ( Arboleas Forum ) to see if someone can offer a lift.

Definitely.no train. Stops at Lorca.

Best Wishes,

Bob and Sandra

You could try this company  https://exclusiveairportshuttles.co.uk/  but Alicante time are a bit restricted.

Good luck

HI, Jet2 don't have any flights to either Almeria or Murcia until next year. You may find Ryanair do flights to Murcia, otherwise you will have to fly to Alicante. There are buses from Alicante to Huercal Overa a few times a day, think it is around 16 euros and you can book on line via the ALSA bus company. Don't know transport from San Javier, quite possibly you would be better with a hire car as a taxi would probably be more than a hire car.

Hope this helps,

Paul.
