...p;B but can't find out how we can do this to enable us to stay, we don't have a home in England anymore so if we have to back we are homeless can anybody help us with this we DONT want a Non Lucrative visa we want to get our business up and running, does anybody know how much we will need in our bank to be able to get either a working visa or a LUCRATIVE residencia. There is no such thing as a Lucrative Visa.  What you need is a Work Permit (Visa) - This CANNOT be applied for from within Spain.  All permission to migrate must be applied for from your country of passport / nationality.

You will need to put together a business plan to demonstrate how the business you are proposing wil generate money; you will therefore need to be certain that you can get the relevant permits / certificates to convert the place into a B&B - but as for getting a permit to allow you to stay, so...
