Only have compiments.about Kevin and his team at Liberty Seguros, Albox. We were HUGELY let down by Allianz and their broker but Kevin & Ged provided better cover for less than 1/2 the Allianz price and as a new client 60€ back straight into the bank.

He's on www & is highly respected locally.

Can provide TEL. Number & e mail if.you wish. Kevin is Albox & Ged is Mojacar where we have an apartment.

By all means mention Dr. Bob and Sandra Lyons.

Good luck but avoid Allianz.es like the PLAGUE.

Also Línea Directa who have an English speaking service and are pretty damn cheap as well

Hi, we also use Liberty Seguros but with Glen whose office is on the same street as Scrumptious and Girasol. It is about 2 streets up from Mercadonna. Avoid Linea Directa, nothing but trouble with them and will try to rip you off when you renew. Took me 2 months to get my proof of no claims bonus from them, it is also a premium number when you ring them as well.

Best wishes,

Tony.

Got to disagree Tony - Liberty were a lot more expensive than Linea and I’ve had nothing but great service from Linea

We bought our car from Indalo cars in Arboleas through Joe who speaks English and Spanishand could not have been more helpful sorting all the paperwork and transfer of ownership for us. Also Glen at Liberty is fabulous and price was also very reasonable. Hope this helps!

Can only comment on my experiences with them. Last time had home insurance with them, on renewal price had gone up over 60 euros which made it 385 euros. Told them I had other quotes, both around 225-235 euros. They then said they would do it for 220. I still refused to renew, was then told they would do it for 100 euros. They are total rip off merchants. Aslo, 2 of our friends have had problems with claims with them.

As I say these are just my experiences with them and would never use them again, and no, I still did not take out home insurance again, even for 100 euros.
