they continued the restriction for a further 14 day period as the R rates had not dropped in any of the areas. Some villages were allowed to open some bars with restrictions of how many could gather and outside services only but not many. It will be reviewed again at the end of this new period of time.

FOR YOIR INFORMATION....
These measures came into force this morning (Saturday 06 February) after their publication in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía (BOJA) and will remain in force for a period of 14 days.
The territorial committees for High Impact Public Health Alerts carry out continuous monitoring of the epidemiological situation in their provinces and report on the need to maintain or modulate alert levels and their degrees according to the health risk and the proportionality of the measures. They meet every Monday and every Thursday to assess the situation of the municipalities.
If a municipality falls below 1,000 or 500 cases, the measures may be relaxed, provided that 14 days have elapsed since they were applied.
If a municipality goes from an incidence of more than 500 to more than 1,000 cases, it can go from grade 1 to grade 2, even if 14 days have not elapsed. In these cases, the period of 14 days will begin to count again from the day that grade 2 entered into force.
