Frightening and spot on. This is an excellent way to spread the virus. Maybe we should all react and speak to these people, pointing out their thoughtless ness. I do despair at times.

When we see people hug, we should bring them to court of even better kill them!!! Right?😉

I understand your comments and concerns, however, I think having a hug when meeting old friends is such a ‘normal’ thing to do especially in Spain that it was probably done without thinking.its really difficult breaking habits sometimes. Hopefully those concerned will read these comments and think twice  next time

??? It's simple. They need to stop otherwise the virus WILL carry on spreading and more people will die and many will suffer.  I don't see a problem with that. Taking them to court,  not exactly an option. Kill them, quite obviously not. This is quite serious. Do you not think so???

No it's not simple😉. And no the virus is not spreading. We talk about earosols, so outside there is no problem at all. Inside the ventilation is a problem. Earosols don't spread by contact, is goes through the air😉. Even inside is not a problem as long as the ventilation is oke😉. I have done a study on this at the university, so I don't talk stupidity, just facts.

Indeed, the outside risk is lower because of the aerosols displacement. I am aware of that. However, a hug and kiss, from an infected person, is high risk, unless they have just sanitised themselves, viz hands and face. There, I would expect, is a risk.

We need positive behaviour from all to reduce this virus, hence all the distancing measures taken and the resultant reduction of the spread.

I am not in agreement of different households hugging & kissing. The risk of direct contact spread is great.

Los Llanos market wasn't much better yesterday, it was very busy, no distancing, people walking about with no masks on, and no restrictions as to how many people are allowed in at a time. The middle isle which I thought was meant to be kept clear, to allow social distancing was full of stalls, there was a small gap either side to walk thru, then you end up getting to close to other stall holders. Not good.

Even a hug or a kiss is no problem.......earosols, you need a lot of them before you get sick. For axample a choir inside rehearsing, if you stay there for an half an hour than you are at risk, outside the virus spread in the air, so it has no chance. The real virus is the fear of people, read what people are saying here on this forum, no knowledge but they all know better😉. That is what fear does to people, they just don't see the reality no more. That's why I react angry sometimes! And there is a medicine for this hydrochloriquine together with high dosis zink.

It's recommended not to kiss or hug and I know plenty of Spanish people who are aware of this and resist giving in to impulse.  I've always found this form of greeting someone with whom you only have a superficial type of relationship,  rather unnecessary and distasteful at times, -  but that's just me!
