Arboleas Town Hall tax

Just a warning to people, do not let Arboleas Town Hall put you on the pardon unless you are a resident, because when you register on the pardon you are telling the Spanish Tax Authorities you are living in Spain permanently and you could find yourself paying tax in Spain 

It as happened to me, all the town hall is interested in is getting as much money from the government as they can, at the expense of none residents

My problem as been going on now since July last year and still haven't resolved it.
