Don’t know about Arboleas town hall, but Jim works from Zurgena town hall so he probably knows your guys number. He’s British and very helpfull. Jim’s number is 610 194 260. He will help you with anything you want to know.

Worth having a look. All your contacts should be there too. I'm sure Android have something similar but cut me in half and you will see an Apple here
