Cerveceria Frandi in the centre of Antas, on the main street nearly opposit Cajamar Bank would be my first recommendation. Friendly and good value.

There is also Mi Casa restaurante, heading away from Antas centre, up towards the motorway.

You could always try El Millindurio.  It's on the main road heading towards the Antas trading estate from Antas.  Not had breakfast there but there is an extensive range of tapas and the menu del dia is great value for money.

Try Josemar Restaurant.  If you know where Rolf's car repair yard is, it's the restaurant on the main road beside where the lane which leads to Rolf's.  You pass the Mi Casa and head on for about 1 km and it's on the left.  Great value with very generous Menu del Día which includes a salad starter.  No written menu but they are patient.  Great local 'spoon' dishes - potajes etc and tapas too.
