The passenger locator form for entry to spain is no longer required, however you do need to be fully vaccinated either your 2nd jab or booster being no older than 270 days and having been administered more than 14 days ago.

I am confused, flying to menorca on Friday,still had to go online and fill in spanish health form,including dates of covid jabs,type of vaccine etc and have now got a QR code which I need to show at airport ??

It can be confusing as although the Spanish government health department removed the requirement for these the autonomous communities governments can impose other regulations as they see fit....

Yes it seems to be flying with the airlines than if you drive I am driving through France to Spain and told that you do not need to fill in Spanish health forms so just as confused good luck
