Do I  still need to complete a Spanish health form for entry  to Spain as the info here is a bit vaque

The passenger locator form for entry to spain is no longer required, however you do need to be fully vaccinated either your 2nd jab or booster being no older than 270 days and having been administered more than 14 days ago.

It can be confusing as although the Spanish government health department removed the requirement for these the autonomous communities governments can impose other regulations as they see fit....

Yes it seems to be flying with the airlines than if you drive I am driving through France to Spain and told that you do not need to fill in Spanish health forms so just as confused good luck

I've had friends fly into both Almeria and Murcia Int recenyly and neither the form nor a QR code were required.
