Just my opinion:- Although the Vaccination process has speeded up in Spain (and elsewhere) I believe the Costas won't open to foreign tourists until after August. How soon after? - I don't know, but at this moment I'd take November. I hope I'm wrong - unlikely though.

For a long rental (of three months or more) you need to be a legal resident. Visitors can stay a maximum of 90 days.

I have used Juan Ignacio López Alarcon. He has an office in Vera. Can’t recommend him highly enough.
