Hi Pam, we are looking for a property to rent for a while, we are also looking to buy in the area but want to have a look around until we make a decision. Is your apartment still available. many thanks, Dave and Gill Crichton

Palomares is a lovely costal village.

I also have a 2 bed apartment available either short term or up to 90 days .

Hi Gill and Dave.

Thank you for your enquiry.  I have a tenant at the moment until the  beginning of November.  The property is still for sale, if you are still interested let me know and I will send you details.

Regards Pam.

Hi, thank you very much for your email, we would be interested to see details of both please with an idea of price for 90 days. We have friends who live in Bedar so we are familiar with the area and did like Palomares when we visited a couple of years ago now.

Look forward to hearing from you soon, regards, Dave and Gill Crichton.

Your best bet would be either on Mojacar Playa or close up as far as Garrucha and Vera. Anywhere else could be socially boring as well lonesome to you.

If you are really bent on the Albox are and wish to buy there I have a Christian couple who would gladly sell you their place for a bargain, with Pool and ample garden and an small house in the garden all set for a guest to live in.

If you are settling for Mojacar Beach and could stomach a 3-flat house very close to the beach all ready to moveinto with a pool, garage and Carport to purchase or for an initial let then contact us.

We are well experienced in Mojacar in all respects.

Hi, I am retiring next year and my husband and myself are planning on renting in Spain for a year to see if we would like to retire there and if we can afford to. We are Irish.  We would also like to take our own car from Ireland for the year so that we can travel around the Almeria region to see where we like. Would really appreciate if anybody could give us any advice on what type of visas we need, what the laws are about taking and driving our own car in Spain, insurance driving license etc. We are really excited about our adventure and really hope we can make it happen so we would be truly grateful for any help or guidance you might have to offer. Thank you.

Hi Paula,

Did you get any responses back from your post?

Have you decided on an area where to start your first sample year?

My wife and I are planning the same sort of thing maybe next year

Kind Regards

Adam

Hi Adam, unfortunately I didn't get any responses. I think we might start in or around Juan de los Terreros🙂
