Looking to buy land with decent views to build 4 bed villa

Hiya
I’m moving to Mojácar next wk
But going to rent for 3 months and try and find a nice plot to build a 4 bed villa on.
Location close to Mojácar is important max 20 mins. Decent views important.
I’ve been in the property business for 30 yrs in the UK but need advice on any pitfalls to look out for in Spain.
