Thats a pretty wide ranging question - yes, you will need to register with TGSS and then with tax office as Autónomo - however, couple of questions - are you here already / do you have Residencia? If not, you will need to apply for a Work Permit on the basis of starting your own business.  This will require, amongst all the other documentation required to support a visa, an extremely thorough business plan showing the projected benefit to Spanish economy, and you will need to show sufficient funding to not only support yourself for the visa period, but also sufficient funding to start and maintain a business ... it is a very very expensive option.

If you are already here, and have Residencia and are therefore permitted to work, registering with TGSS and AEAT as Autónomo is the first step.  You will need a good and I mean GOOD Asesor to navigate you through the paper minefield and help you with the quarterly business returns to the tax office (Modelo 130 / Modelo 303)

A good Asesor will also be able to assist in finding small business startup grants.

Another thing you will need is to be aware of data privacy laws if you have any customer information saved anywhere - it is a legal obligation to complete a “contract” and your Asesor also needs to sign that contract, as does any video surveillance firm you utilize.  For that I can highly recommend Dabo Consulting - I have NO affiliation with them other than to have used their services to complete the required Data Privacy contract.

Lastly, if you are wanting a business here ... learn Spanish.  You may only concentrate on English customers, but your suppliers, service providers and authorities will be Spanish and not all of them speak English.
