Hello there, you could try talking it over with one of the local letting agents, I found blue sea villas (Wendy) very helpful in the past. A Google search will bring up their contact details. Depending on the dates you plan to be here, it may well be that there would be an owner who was happy to have two long bookings per year with a regular client!

Depending on where you want to be and what your budget is, I suppose you could also look for a long term rental, albeit you would only be here in it for a limited time each year.

I wish you luck.

If you are interested in staying inland, have a word with Adele at voss homes, we have a place in fuente amarga, but your dates clash with our own use.

You can usually get a better deal if you rent 'long term'(12mths) although not staying for the whole year,

the benefit would be being able to leave clothes/bits and pieces etc at the property making travel easier

and 'naughty naughty'' sub letting to friends and family when you are not there to offset the costs

We never thought of family use for a yearly rental and makes sense as you say of leaving things like my tools as I'm a retired Joiner /Builder and love pool maintenance .. cheers Ian
