depends where in Almeria you want to look lots of agents in various areas some better than others.

Mojacar Playa - Price-Brown Partnership gets my vote.

We used VIP in Mojacar. They were very helpful and quite open with things, good and bad points of places. They advertise a fair bit and easy to reach. Martin. 

We are up near Huercal Overa and the one that seems to get most good reports is Voss Homes in HO.

I would certainly make a mention of Coles of Andalusia as a reputable estate agents in Almeria and surrounding areas. Having completed my purchase in July 2019, I found them honest, reliable and extremely helpful, in assisting you with details of the area, cost to live, viewing assistance, pick up and drop off for any viewing. However, the most important thing for me, was the recommendation of a good solicitor, who knew her stuff and was reasonably priced. I had used two for viewings, as it may be that you see a property with another agent, so you may have to be flexible during your process.

I trust this helps you with your selection. Always best to check out others as well, just for your own peace of mind.

Hi Danny, thank you for taking the time to help out, could you let me know the name of the lawyer here or via DM. I’ve researched the pitfalls of potentially using lawyer that’s in collaboration with an agent therefore any recommends on the lawyer from too would be gratefully received thank you! The agents mentioned in this thread along with Coles do have some quality properties. I have to say once again a big thank you to all here in the forum. What a great community! 

We brought through price brown excellent service and after care.We used Leticia Moreno in Vera.used her husband for a survey saved us money.Power of attorney we gave her.Basically set everything up for us.Briliant service.
