Hi all, we are a couple looking for a long term rental, preferably unfurnished with pool. 3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms. Rent ideally up to a maximum of 700€ a month. Himself is just coming up to retirement age, but in good nick, so is able to do a bit outside. I'm a few years younger, so can help! :-)

We have found many properties up for sale but without habitation certificates,  which makes them a bit more difficult to sell, so may be owners of those properties might consider renting. We are happy to undertake our own maintenance, repairs, etc. and literally treat it as our own.

Currently living and renting in Costa Blanca, but looking to relocate to our first love of Almeria.

Please message me directly for any further information.

Hi, good choice to come down this way.

We live in a lovely small community/village called Urcal, close by Huercal Overa, check out or contact Voss homes in Huercal Overa, they have a good rental department as well as a sales team, I'm sure they'll do whatever necessary to help.

Good luck, Ann Jim

Hi

Me and my wife are looking for a long term rental: 2-3 bed, min 2 bathrooms with bath and shower, outdoor space with pool, 400-500 euros per month, must allow animals as we have 5 very clean cats.

regards

Steve & Toni

Hello, I have an amazing house for sale in El Marchal de Anton Lopez Almeria. I would consider a long term rental if you would be happy to daily water the plants and keep things very clean and tidy.

Things do not sell quickly in Spain so I would consider renting to suitable tenants.

Would you be agreeable to allowing viewings? They are very far and few per year so not a bind to your daily activities?

The house can bee seen on magnolia properties as a sale €135000 not rental, but it gives you the photos to see

3 beds two bathrooms garden, huge terrace as and garage

If you like the look of things let me know, not a problem  👍🏻😊

Ps don’t have a pool but can put in a hot/cold tub thinking of doing that anyway!

Hi,

I would be interested but I won't be able to view until early June. I still have not seen photos. I will contact you later.

Thank you.

Thank you Lottie ... I'm not sure if you're replying to me or the other person who has come in on the post also looking. I would really need a pool, especially being inland, but all the best and hope you sell quickly x

Hi just replying as notified,  I’m all rather new to this to be honest. It’s 15 mins to the coast from the house here x 🙂

Hi ,

I am new to this also. Maybe I can research a bit more and see how I can manage things.

Tnks.
