Hi, is there anyone out there who, because of new Brexit guidelines, needs someone to take care of and rent their property while they are back in the UK. We are looking to retire and spend more time in Almeria. At the moment we run a 6 bedroom selfcatering guesthouse and 3 cottages in Northumberland. We just wondered if this would be a feasible option for a couple of years before we decide whether to buy in Almeria or not. Any thoughts would be appreciated, many thanks, Dave and Gill.

Hi and thanks very much for your reply. We are looking for ideally 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and anywhere around the Bedar area of Almeria. We are toying with the idea of buying but would like to rent for 3 months to start with. Obviously Brexit rules state that you can only stay for 90 days at a time so we would either come back to the UK or travel for 90 days and then return to Almeria.

As mentioned we are looking to retire to Spain, we have property in Northumberland which we intend to rent. There is only Gill and I, our 2 sons are up and almost away so time to relax and have a quieter and less stressful way of life.
