Lost Car registration Green Card

After a car accident where my car was written off by insurance company. I am wanting to take it to a desguace (Scrap yard) but I am needing the green registration card BUT unfortunately in all the events that took place inbetween, we have misplaced this.
Does anyone know the process of getting a new one please.
