Yes you can, if you all live in the same house then no need to wear masks, if you are not all from the same house then masks must be worn by all.

My partner and I (we live in the same house) were stopped in Garrucha on the Lidl roundabout by the Policia Local in the week and we were told to put masks on as it was obligatory. 

10 minutes earlier we had passed through the bull ring roundabout in Vera and the 2 Policia Local there waved at us as we passed through

Well I guess there will be over zealous police men about at some point or other, the official decree however states that members of the same household do not need to wear masks if no one else is in the car....no point arguing though, these are difficult times and better to keep your head down....
