Adding someone to escitura

I used to live permanently in Spain still have the house but only use it for holidays. I have made a will in England with instructions to follow English law in respect of inheritance. In order to safeguard and not for my son to be hit with massive capital gains tax on my death I would like to add his name to the escitura. Does anyone know how easy it is to do this and how much it is likely to cost.???
