Just wondering how do others who lives in apartments on the second floor clean there outside of the blinds that covers the doors and windows , cleaning the inside is the easy part but is there a special tool or way to clean the outside

Hi! I've watched my neighbor in a building across mine cleaning her windows & blinds. She must be on the 4th floor because I am on the same & can clearly see her magic. She uses a long stem mop: Foam on one side, squeegee on the other. She does a great job. We've learned from her although not as magicians! Will keep practicing 😆 As for the mixture, don't know the liquid in her bottle. We use glass cleaner. Some say plain clean water good enough. Ask YouTube, a great learning toole.
Btw, she does the job from the inside. Safety first. Always.

Assuming they are sliding windows they may be they type which simply lift out of their frame - many kinds do. If they don't let ft out of the frame, check if the cross over fully - again, most do. Then you reach around, do one dude of each window, cross them over and then do the other side. As cleaners we also use a "Karcher" ( many other brands exist) which is a vacuum type window cleaner. They're sold on Amazon. I
