...and I also would like to sell as I am now retired and want to see more of the world before I get too creeky. It is near the sea, you can see the sea from the front door, can walk to the beach in 15 mins.  2beds, 2 baths. 

Albox is a bit out of the way. Be careful what you do . A friend of mine has had a lot of trouble with documentation.

They gave a lot of insight into other areas such as legal and community matters, which helped me immensely. I purchased on my own and needed to have good information as I was solely deciding the purchase on my own. They also, put you in touch with recent buyers in the areas you potentially looking to buy, so again, I found that really useful.

The sale completed in February and then of course we were all stuck in Lockdown so have been unable to visit.   We are renting the Villa from our Friends for 12 months initially so that we can get a good feel for the area before we buy.  We were supposed to be moving over on 1st June but have no idea when we will be able to drive over as the Borders are still closed.

Hopefully it wont' be too much longer before we can begin our new life in the Sun!
