Hi I am soon to be retired nurse available ble from november. We have been planning to move to spain in january. My husband is also retired and this sounds ideal. We are awaiting irish passports so the 90 day rule will not apply. Contact us if you require any furher information

I have lived in Arboleas for five years and have just taken a deposit on my villa which was sold due to separation.  I am a fiscal resident of Spain and am looking for somewhere to stay. I have two small dogs and love gardening etc. I do diy jobs to. I am 63 years old. My sale completes 11 Nov latest. I would be very interested  in your offer if the dogs are not a problem.

Hello there Dorthery we would very interested in the plans you have for house sitting 

i,am Jim an my wife is Helen

we are both retired i,am 66 fit an active my wife is 62 again fit and active 

i have lot of experience in DIY having remodeled my last 3 property's competent in roofing, plumbing, painting, electrical, brick work etc

my wife Helen is a keen gardener also she a very good house keeper managing both our home and her elderly mothers house till she was taken in to full time care

we have residence for the Almeria Provence we never used as we had started process of buying in Alfoqueria

unfortunately covid-19 put paid to moving out in march this year 

we are happy to work with you in any aspect of your house sitting ie any month any time etc also happy to take on board our share of villa expenses also willing to give a deposit of good faith for any possible accident that my occur

We would be interested in sharing the cost buying of a car,insuring etc to both our mutual benefit

Are looking to buy something else or long term rent 

Do you drive have you got your own car

What sort of dogs do you have 

We plan to return to Almeria in late October so we could arrange something for you to come a spend a couple of day's with us and perhaps visit you.

I have an 8 year old Jack Russell rescue i brought from the uk and a similar size spanish rescue dog who is 3  I am in no rush to buy or rent. Was going to stay with my neibour as we are good friends but this would be ideal for me. I would just stay long term if it suits us both. Is the garden secure for the dogs? If not I can fix that. Be great to meet up. Would you need me to bring the dogs? If not you could come to mine to see them as they are little monkeys in the car!!! Thanks for the reply. I sent you a private message. Alan.
