Can anyone recommend: Installing central heating in an existing house

Hello, I recently bought a house in Almanzora (Albox region).
As in winters I miss the central heating I was used to, I wonder if it would be doable to have central heating installed.
Some friends of mine say that the Spanish don't get the concept of CH, and will make a mess (tubes not straight, heat distribution etc.)
The building has an underbuild (garage), so ground floor will not be a problem, But I want the tubing tothe floor above to be neat and clean.
Anybody know of some good installers?
