is there other car rentals in almeria airport as I seem to always be charged extra insurance when I collect car at terminal especially gold car .

Yes there are others. I recommend you contact David Baxter at Al Andalus car hire http://alandaluscarhire.com/. No added extras, everything as described and great service. They'll deliver the car to you at the airport and collect again. They don't take credit which means )they can't add extras on and b) you need to have the cash with you in Euros when you colelct the car.
As a member of Avis Preferred I tend to use them when flying into Almeria. Again, no extra charges or nasty surprises.
