Hi, what do you mean by "IBI" ? Sales tax ? IVA ?

IBI,Taxes on immovable assets, council tax. 

You can actually Google IBI. It's really a form of CouncilTax /Rates and may come in 2 components. Your house and any land attached. So there can be IBI Rural and IBI Urban on the same property. Your IBI number is on your Escritura and it's one of the things our Solicitor didn't do which resulted in us being Embargoed 13 yrs. later. Gratefully.they can only.take 4 back years + fine + interest.

If you take your IBI Number to your Town Hall then someone may tell you how much pa and how to raise a DD. Different areas send out demands at different times and by recorded delivery so they can check you received it. Here in Puerto Lumbreras notification is August and payment November. About 220€ for finca and 200acres of land.

We are now on DD.

What about bored responders or those who just like helping people?

Also I have never been resident in a country where there can be so much disinformation given by.people who should just say,."I don't know".

Youre getting bitter, or should that be cynical in youre advancing years bbbbbbbbob lol.

In future if I dont know the exact letter of the law I'll not but in lol.

When the powers that be enquired about being an Ambassadore I thought they'd stump up with everything I needed, turns out they dont/havent and even tho it's just mainly H/O I lookout for it's on me to find everything out including all the nitty gritty down to fine details lol.
