As of 22/6, as long as airlines are happy to carry you, yes.
If you do come ensure you have face masks; the wearing of face masks in Spain is now law in all indoor public spaces and where a distance of 1,5 metres can’t be maintained in other public spaces.

Yes, the street being a public place where a distance of 1,5 metres from another person cannot be ensured.

The FCO are still advising against all but essential travel, so, generally that negates your travel insurance. Boris is due to make more announcements on Tues, although whether that will be part of his briefing who knows.
Essential travel has a very limited number of reasons for travel, as you may well expect.

For those coming here, the following, posted first elsewhere by Chrisso50 may be useful. Please note the restrictions applying to beaches:
LIMITED CAPACITY
The occupancy in bars and restaurants is expanded to 75%.
Cinemas and theatres may reach 65% of their normal occupation.
Open-air concerts can be performed with a maximum of 1,500 attendees, always seated.
Common areas of the hotels have a capacity of 50%.
In cinemas, theaters, auditoriums, circuses and similar public or private spaces, there must be pre-assigned seats, provided they do not exceed 65% of the capacity allowed in each room, allowing a maximum attendance of 800 people for closed places and 1,500 people in outdoor activities.
NURSING HOMES:
New admissions will be allowed in residential centres where no cases of coronavirus have been registered during the last week.
BEACHES:
The general rule of 1.5m minimum social distance or use of a mask must be maintained.
SPORT:
Outdoors a maximum capacity of 65% is established, with a limit of 1,500 people. In closed spaces, the capacity will be 65% maximum, with a limit of 800 people.
FAIRS & PILGRIMAGES:
Fairs and pilgrimage celebration are not recommended. But, where appropriate, the fair attractions authorized by the municipalities may occupy a row of seats at 50%, with at least 1.5 metres between seats; attractions without seats may have 50% of the capacity with a safety distance, and 30% of capacity in attractions without seats in which the safety distance cannot be guaranteed, but with a mask and hand disinfection. (We have not made a decision yet regarding the annual fiestas but they are unlikely to go ahead.)
CREMATIONS & BURIALS:
The maximum will be 60 people outdoors and 30 in closed spaces. The maximum procession will be 75 relatives or close friends, always keeping the interpersonal distance or, where appropriate, using a mask.

Aaah...that is helpful as I may have interpreted that rule incorrectly. So, wear mask when outside always? I would have put it on when circulating near people and not when no-one in sight or near me?
TIA of any replies

Grey area. Some are saying “don’t need to wear outside”, whereas others are telling of being told by Guardia Civil / Policía Local to put masks on when in the street.
For safety, wear in the street, especially if popping in and out of shops. I take mine off only when I go into a cafe ....
