About Nio Zen

Nio Zen offers an 8-week Zen Meditation and Mindfulness for Health and Well Being course is rooted in the Japanese Rinzai Zen tradition, fostering awareness, calmness and strength, designed to walk you through the basis of the 2500-years-old tradition of simplicity and joy. Covering a number of topics, ranging from phisical and emotional pain to time and money stress, this 8 week course provides you with the tools you need to ground your meditation and mindfulness at the core of your daily life.

The teacher, Pablo Pleguezuelo, has trained for six years with Julian Daizan Skinner, leading Zen teacher in London and author of several books. He runs this course both in Spanish and English in Almería, holds retreats and conduct a meditation group in Yoga Muladhara, Almería.
